The Tobacco and Nicotine Treatment Program (TNT) is offered through Corewell Health. It is a virtual program designed for ease of access that is offered at no cost to all Corewell Health patients, employees, and community members throughout the state of Michigan. All programs are led by trained Tobacco Treatment Specialist or Tobacco Treatment Specialist/Certified Health and Wellness Coach and are available to those desiring to quit their addiction to nicotine, whether smoking, chewing, or vaping. Our target is to provide cessation to anyone who wants it and boasts a 29% quit rate. The TNT series includes:

Let’s Talk Tobacco- a 4-week series that provides the most current information around nicotine addiction, approved cessation medications, quit strategies that work, and stress management, all in a no pressure, supportive environment. It is a standalone program or prerequisite for Let’s Quit Tobacco.

Let’s Quit Tobacco – a 5-week group coaching series for those who have completed Let’s Talk Tobacco and are ready to make a quit attempt in the next 4-8 weeks. Let’s Quit helps participants develop enhanced skills, motivation, and confidence to quit in a supportive environment with others on a similar journey.

Let’s Stay Quit – twice monthly support group sessions for those completing Let’s Quit Tobacco that focuses on tips for coping with cravings, stress management, and avoiding/managing slips and relapse.
